The Daniel Island Garden Club will meet at the Providence Baptist Church on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011 at 1:00 PM.  Anyone wishing to join the Garden Club is invited to attend this meeting and be introduced to the Club Members.  Susan Bridwell, Club President, will introduce the new Board Members and Committee Members and willl discuss the activities being planned.   Volunteers are needed to assist with the Club’s booth at the Daniel Island Park Day on October 22, 2011. Gardening in the Lowcountry is a new experience for many of us!  The Daniel Island Garden Club offers men and women the opportunity to learn about this rewarding activity through speakers, field trips and the exchange of information among its members.  Programs are designed to appeal to the novice as well as the experienced gardener living in a house or condo.  Membership dues are $15 for the year.
