Fall Red Balloon Yard Sale!

Do you have clutter in your closets and garages that you’d like to get rid of? Well, here’s your opportunity to be a part of the garage sale you’ve all been waiting for!  The Red Balloon Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, September 25 from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm. Look for the homes with the “Red Balloons” on their porches or mailboxes as this signifies that they are part of the yard sale. Each participating homeowner will be responsible for putting red balloons on their mailbox or porch rail to indicate they are having a sale.  This semi-annual event attracts buyers from the local area all on one day. Remove the balloons at the end of your sale (or by 5:00 pm that day).  The event will be held rain or shine.

Again this fall, we will list your  "individual address" in the advertising going out promoting the Yard Sale for a $5.00 fee.  Cash or check only - made payable to: DI Red Balloon Yard Sale and delivered to the POA Office. Please provide us with your street address at that time. If you choose for your address not to be listed, you can still participate without paying the fee.
